Subprocessors

The short version
- These are the parties that process data so that WebMetric can run: our own servers, and Paddle, which takes payment.
- Everything we store is kept on our own server, in a data centre in the European Union. The website, the dashboard, the API, the collector, the processor and every database run there.
- Where we have not chosen a provider yet, we describe the kind of service. We list the provider here before it handles any data.
- We tell your admins 30 days before this list changes, and you can object.

Paddle sells paid plans as Merchant of Record. For the payment details you give it, Paddle acts under its own terms and privacy policy.
Changes to this list
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and tell your organization’s admins at least 30 days before the change. You can object, as set out in the data processing agreement. How we handle account holder data is explained in the privacy policy.
